The Order of the Southern Cross was a privately ran militia in service of New Zealand. It was founded on the 14th of August 2011 as the military wing of the National Front New Zealand. It was disbanded on November 3rd, 2011.

History
The Order of the Southern Cross operated as a privately funded Militia founded by Balkan Beast. Balkan, Stelios, and Beermagedon sought to create a private militia which embodied a high sense of morality, discipline, and loyalty. It had many similarities with the New Zealand Defence Forces, but it differs in some key points.
It was originally affiliated with the National Front New Zealand. It's activity began to decrease when the NF underwent a loss of members and slowly it became inactive. Upon Balkans migration to Egypt, the militia went into disuse.
It was finally dissolved in early November when the Peace 'n' Prosperity Party formally paid Balkan for the rights to the militia and quickly dissolved it into a new military unit, the Kiwi Military Guard.
