Alexander Matteo, known by some as the White Wolf of Botlandia, was a politician, manager and soldier from 
United Netherlands. His home was, as always, in the Southern Netherlands.
Information
Though he was for a long time a 
Bulgarian (being a Bulgarian in real life), he grew bored of the bickering in his Motherland, and on that glorious day, somewhere around April or May 2010, he moved to the 
eUNL and was granted citizenship. Later he moved to 
Brazil as part of his agreement with the small but effective 
German army FSK, being the only non-German in its ranks. After that, he jumped back to the United Netherlands, had a great time, and retreated for some solitude to Switzerland. After some time he moved to 
Republic of Macedonia (FYROM), and after half a year came back to the eUNL.
He has been to Iran, Thailand, Russia and various other destinations for military reasons mainly.
In real life, he was born on April the 10th in Shumen, Bulgaria.
Political life
Matteo has only once been a congress-representative in Bulgaria, for the region of Vidin. He was once a Presidential candidate in Thailand, during his short stay there. He has yet to fully involve himself in the politics of the eUNL, he has received 4 official invitations to be part of a Government, and in July Garmr won Presidency and Matteo became a part of the eUNL Government as State Secretary to the Ministry of Defense. He served 2 mandates as congress-representative of the South Netherlands.
After a period of 6 months in the United Netherlands, he moved to Switzerland to pursue a life of quiet gold-counting and pleasant talk with the natives. On the 26th of October, 2010, he was elected a Congress representative of the region Romandie. He vowed to turn the Swiss Alps into the Cookie Alps. Matteo was then made Vice Minister of Economy.
He has served under the likes of presidents such as - Garabeda (twice), CTaHucJIaB, Squall Leonheart, Melliores, Garmr and Paul Proteus.
