Kenneth Viking was a citizen of Norway. He died by permanent banning.
History
Kenneth Viking started the game in autumn 2008 when he received an invitation from the administrators. He brought with him some friends. When he was to choose a party, he chose United eNorway, but when he saw the speech of Salve, he changed his mind and became a member of the Gullpartiet (Eng. Golden Party).
Elected Party president of Gullpartiet in February, April, May 2009 and March 2011.
After V1 came out, Kenneth took a break, however after a short period he returned. He entered the politics and was appointed as Minister of Immigration, a position that he hold before. After a while, he became Party president and later on he became a congressional representative.
On April 4, Congress, controlled by PTO force from Hungary, proposed an impeachment of the Norwegian President KristofferAG. Kenneth ended up to be a president for a couple of days only. Kenneth Viking, now President after KristofferAG's impeachment, ceded Moscow and Central Russia, Nord-Norge and Leningrad Oblast to Finland. Western Siberia meanwhile is handed to Romania. This deprived the incoming PTO government of a border with Russia.
