SpikyJade2700 is a citizen of the 
Netherlands.
He was born in Dubai, 
United Arab Emirates in Dec. 14, 2012.
While he was young, he decided to move to 
USA, but his citizenship request was rejected. Therefore, he stayed in United Arab Emirates and joined the "UAE Resistance" - The official ATO of United Arab Emirates.
After 2 loses in the elections in UAE, nutty fox, one of Spiky's best friends, convinced him to move to the Netherlands. He applied for Dutch citizenship, and his request was approved by Kordak. After joining the Netherlands, 'Spiky' joined the party "United Netherlands Party" and the military unit "UNP ARMY".
He created his newspaper, "Lord Of The Netherlands", and became a part of the Dutch foreign office, and served as vMoFA under Gepard007 and today as ssMoFA under Kordak. Also he is still a part of the UAE Resistance.
