Requirements to work / saved as a part of history
- At least 1 skill level in manufacturing to be hired.
- Wellness no less than 40 at all times.
- Please work using the best wellness you can.
- Cannot miss 3 days of work in one week without proper notice ahead of time.
Akabeko does not have time to message everyone about the chance that they will get fired, but will do so when time is available. All others will just be fired on the spot.
Pay Rates
Pay is according to daily Wellness and productivity. If an employee falls behind on work or consistently works with low wellness, the employee will get a pay cut with no exceptions or notice. Pay can be regained by working with proper standards for a short time.
