This war started after a failed NAP between 
Bulgaria and 
Argentina. Bulgaria reached 
Bolivia after an airstrike, but they couldn't have Congress elections, the Chilean president justified the opportunity of Bulgaria, to leave Europe and move to South America as one of the objectives of the airstrike on Romania from Chile.
After that Bulgaria launched an airstrike to the Bolivians regions of Bolivian Altiplano, Chuquisaca and Tarija and Pando, then Argentina launched a NE law against them.
