The war began, and the new australian president, DocterDry2, declared the NE law, for the bonus. As Chile lost its territories in South America, Victoria was declared capital, while Australia has remained only with Tasmania, that was the last conquered by Chile.

With a war between Argentina and New Zealand ongoing, Australia thought about reconquering its territories, and the president declared Natural Enemy to Chile.
