South East Regional Council

On 28th January 2009, following the Congressional elections, CV James, Horice P Fossil and Peter Steven, 3 of the 4 elected Congressmen for the South East of England, created the South East Regional Council to coordinate regional activity and increase activity.
One of its first acts was to create a Food Scheme, whereby new citizens could apply to the Council for free Q5 food, in order to increase wellness and increase their short-term disposable income.
