Presidential elections are held in New Zealand on the fifth day of each month, as in all of the New World. The elected President (in New Zealand the function is referred to as Prime Minister) will take office one day later, on the 6th of the month, after the results have been validated.

The first elections were held on Day 1081 (5 November 2010), one month after New Zealand was added to the New World. This is a complete overview of the New Zealand presidential election results in 2010.
