Early Life
Dejan Vojvoda was born in Vojvodina which was occupied by Croatia. After a short time he left Vojvodina and moved to his home country Serbia, in the region Sumadija. It was the time of the Serbian "Baby Boom". Soon he found friends in Hungary, willing to help Serbia and all newcomers. Vojvoda got a job and a ticket and moved to Hungary, Western Transdanubia. There he worked, trained and waited for the independence fight of his home-country. The independence war started and Serbia gained all original regions back. On July 25th 2009, the day of the congress elections, he arrived home in Serbia in his beloved Vojvodina.
Political Life in Serbia
On July 21st, 2009 he was appointed as the very first Ambassador of Serbia to Sweden. Just two days later, on July 23rd, he was also delegated for building up relationships between Serbia and Portugal. So he was appointed very first Ambassador of Serbia to Portugal.
Vojvoda entered the party of Liberalna Partija eSrbije (LPeS). He concentrated on his duty as ambassador and didn't run for congress but he tried to reach higher positions in the party and making himself a name as a minister, unsuccessful. In early September 2009, the LPeS was merged with the Socijaldemokratski forum (SDF). This time Vojvoda wanted to get active in politics and to become a congress member. But the plans were prevented for the good of other candidates.
Political Life in Germany
On October 16th, 2009 he left Serbia to restart in Germany. Soon he got the German citizenship and entered the FDD (Freie Deutsche Demokraten). After a conversation with the acting party president Elena Nova he got the chance for congress candidacy and became the very first time a congressman in October 2009. On November 18th he became the deputy party president of the FDD for one term and the very next month he was elected as party president. After the extinction of Germany by Poland and the resurrection, he helped founding Die Steinmetze, later he revived the FDD. In January 2010 he became the new Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador to Serbia, and Ambassador to Slovenia. Later he took over the Republic of Macedonia (FYROM). He resumed his work several times in congress and was also part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as Ambassadors' Coordinator.
Military
On January 17th, 2010 Vojvoda joined the Danube Division (DD), a paramilitary troop of soldiers of Danube-states in that time. Together with Germans, Hungarians, and Serbs he fought in the 2nd division. As General and Field Marshal he got the leadership over squad 2 (paratroopers) from February till May 2010. In July 2010 the DD was dissolved and Vojvoda changed to the German national army Bundeswehr where he joined the Grenzschutzgruppe (GSG - German for Border Patrol Group) which was renamed later into Heimatschutzbataillon (HSB - German for Homeland Security Battalion). Vojvoda left the army in December 2010. On April 21st, 2011 he joined the German Military Unit of Bad Company (BC).
After the second change of the war module, Vojvoda was "degraded" from Field Marshal to Colonel.
Media
Formerly known as Balkan Junction (22 Jul 2009 - 18 Oct 2009) |
On July 22nd, 2009 he founded the publishing house Balkan Junction. His first article was published on July 25th. In this article he printed an interview of his ambassador colleague Zeki1985 with the President of Germany Gobba. After emigration to Germany he renamed his newspaper in Tesla Times. At the peak of existence the Tesla Times counted about 1500 subscribers.
Business Company
Jugomontaza Enterprise (founded 10th Jun 2009) |
Jugomontaza was founded June 10th, 2009 in Serbia as an organization. It helped new citizens stuck in the occupied regions and spread food, financed by Vojvoda and donations. Later the organization was transfigured into an exchange bank. Invested money was used at the monetary market to take worldwide profits. Even it was a success, Vojvoda closed the exchange bank for lack of time middle 2010. Today, Jugomontaza d.o.o. (Serbian for Inc.) maintains three grain companies, AgroGetreide Jugomontaza I, II and III, the fruit orchard YUmmi PackMezZ, the meat production MeSsO 501, the rubber plantation JugoGum, the weapons factory Pionir Zastava and the industrial bakery Backwerk Jugomontaza in Germany. The organization itself was deleted June 10th, 2011 on its second birthday, because of the new eRepublik economy module.
Avatar Chronology (samples)
Dejan Vojvoda changed his avatar after moving to Germany. He had also special avatars during the 2009/2010 Poland War and as soldier of the Danube Division and Bundeswehr. Later he also became part of a unit called Homers Helden (German for Homer's Heroes). I's the name for a group of Die Steinmetze party members and friends, who fought together in the Bundeswehr. It was no official group in the hierarchy of the Bundeswehr. Homers Helden used a customized version of the Bundeswehr avatar to have a unique look.
