Bluerose Family
Bluerose is a Polish social networking group who's purpose is to support each other and act for the best of their "family" and their country. This is said to be the first group in Poland that builds their principles on those of the Sicilian Mafia. The main principle of the family is that exploiting, begging and bad behavior is general is unacceptable for their members.
Bluerose is often called a family as such conditions prevail in it, and it's members consider respect, honor and family very important. Bluerose structure is more complicated than it may seem. Highest in the hierarchy are the Boss (Don) and his advisor Counselor. Below them are Underboss and General, latter of which leads Capo and Soldiers who are the lowest colleagues. Below soldiers are Friends of the Family who deserved the respect of members of Bluerose.
The activities of Bluerose includes trade, mainly companies and weapons. Bluerose works hard to maintain the good name through assistance of new players, following the principles and rules laid down by the head of the family. Despite the hierarchy inside the group, Bluerose cherishes family atmosphere, which consists of trust and dedication to the group.
Hierarchy of Bluerose
Boss (Don) - the most important person in the family, who decide on important and relevant issues.
Counselor – An advisor is the most important person in the family after Don. Counselor deals with the family finances, and represent it as the "ambassador" of the family which basically makes him Don's "right hand".
Underboss – A person who replaces Boss and takes his duties if he's absent for a long time.
General – General is responsible for all the military actions of the family. General organizes and controls military operations, and advises Don in a military related matters. General commands captains.
Captain – Each captain is responsible for operating his own "branch", each of which has 6-8 members. Captains are responsible for their group's successes and failures before the General.
Sordier – A soldier is a normal member of the family, not holding any prominent positions. Despite being in the bottom, soldiers are the key force of the Bluerose as they are dedicated to their family..
Acociatess and Family Friends – Colleagues and Friends of the Family are the people outside the family who are still well respected in the structure of Bluerose.
Bluerose Code
Bluerose Code, is an agreement within the group that members never reveal the secrets of the family to non-members, It is the most respected rule inside the family. Here are a few other rules family members are expected to obey:
- On military matters, total obedience to commanders is demanded.
- Help each family member without questions.
- Any attack against one member of the family is an attack against the entire family. Everyone should stand by their fellows and defend their honor.
- Avoid any contacts with scammers and those who disobey the eRepublik Laws.
- Bluerose is not a public organization. Members should not give away the bread and weapons to just anyone, and only Poles are accepted as family members. Anyone who wants to leave the family should still keep all the family matters his own knowledge,
- In Bluerose everybody are expected to deal with matters concerning Bluerose.
- The most important is to respect and honor other family members.
- Who betrays Bluerose must leave the group.
- If a member intends to settle any matter in public, they should do it with minimal risk of affecting Bluerose.

General criteria:
- Strength higher than 6.
- Very high activity on IRC and forums
- Commitment to family.
If all conditions are meet, and one wants to become a member of Bluerose Family:
- The person who wants to become a family member contact any member of Bluerose.
If this member considers applicant trustworthy, he will be guided to contact one of the Captains.
- Captain will have a conversation with the applicant online (gg, skype, irc, etc), determining whether or not the applicant is suitable to become a family member. If they are, his nomination will be forwarded for discussion in the Council of Families.
- If the Council has no objection, the applicant will be lead lead to the family Boss in order to move to the final stage of recruitment.
- If the Boss decides so, the applicant becomes a family member.
All members are obligated to obey the Bluerose Code.
