Broersje (born August 15, 2010) is a well-known politician of the Netherlands. His twin brother is Viglius.
Broersje has served several terms in Congress and in multiple governments, aside from being the long-term co-director of the department of Recruitment & Coaching.
Broersje has been co-founder and Party President of Democratisch Nederland, currently serving as the party's first Secretary General.
On October 7, 2011 (Day 1,417), Broersje retired from politics.[1] He soon returned to the national stage as both Party President and Minister of Finance.
