(Cavalcanti)

Cavalcanti (aka Cav) is a brazilian journalist and former President of Brazil. He is one of the most active citizens in Brazil, internationally known by his newspaper Terra Brasilis.

Birth

Cavalcanti was born in Salvador, Northeast of Brazil, at 30 March 2008.

History

Early Days in Brazil

Cavalcanti is a citizen born in Northeast of Brazil, on 30 March 2008. He started his political activity in Comando Brasileiro party, one of the biggest parties of that time. In his early months, he spent his life just working, training and eventually voting, without any political activity.

On 21 June, he created a newspaper called O Hoje (The Today in Portuguese), where he started writing informational articles and curiosities about the New World. Later, he wrote several articles more focused on national and international politics. On July, he left Comando Brasileiro, at the time a small party with no more representation in the Congress, and joined the União Socialista Brasileira.

On August Cavalcanti runned for Mayor of Salvador, capital of Northeast of Brazil, supported by the USB party. The election result was very tight and Cavalcanti lost the election by 23-22 to Gabriel Meflusar.

A Thai Adventure

On 4 September, he decided left Brazil and start a new life in Thailand, together with his friend Bardo, he would be involved in the foundation of the Thailand Reform Party, nowadays known as Thai Military Party. He started to write several articles criticising the government at the time, showing to the population cases of corruption involving the President and high members of the situation party, Thai Nation Together.

He gained popularity enough to be elected mayor of Chiang Mai, capital of Northern Thailand, in the Elections in September. During his term as mayor, he bought a Q3 Hospital to the city. In Thailand, he was elected Congressman twice, taking part actively in the United Opposition boycott against company owned by members of TNT, in addition to voting against laws submitted to Congress that made no sense at all.

Back to the Home Sweet Home

Excited and encouraged by the declaration of war against Argentina by Sparta Kratos - president of Brazil at the time -, Cavalcanti returned to Brazil on 18 November 2008, lefting the office of Thailand Secretary of Defense.

Back to Brazil, he modified his newspaper which was called Thailand Today to Gazeta de Pernambuco and returned to his party União Socialista Brasileira. Elected Congressman on November 25 2008, Cavalcanti restarted his political carrer in Brazil. In December the 25th, Cavalcanti was once more elected as Congressman, this time as 2nd most voted Congressman, with 16 votes.

At the end of December, Cavalcanti and six influent brazilians politicans (Reshev Villanova, Flausino, Olorum, TexMurphy, Colher and Giulliano) founded the party named .ORDEM., which lasted for 2 months.

Brazilian Politics

During the mandate of the President Toboco, Cavalcanti was appointed as the Minister of Defence of Brazil. During his office as Minister of Defence, Cavalcanti signed a polemic contract with Argentina that caused great dissatisfaction in the brazilian society. With Toboco, Cavalcanti managed to send brazilian soldiers to fight for the Germany and Russia resistances. Due to real life problems, he resigned his office as Minister of Defence, leaving the chair as defense minister to Reshev Villanova.

In the Country President Elections of March 5th, Cavalcanti was elected as candidate of .ORDEM. supported by Uniao Socialista Brasileira and Partido Republicano do Brasil with 239 votes (45% total votes) and during his mandate an impeachment was proposed but it didn't passed. Cavalcanti's endorsed candidate, Antonio Salgado, won the next elections.

When his term was over, Cavalcanti was appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs by the elected president Antonio Salgado. He did his job for 2 months, being appointed as Minister of Foreign Affairs by the next president as well, Darkvenom. During Darkvenom's term, Cavalcanti was one of the head that organised and executed the successful brazilian political takeover in South Africa.

A Russian Vacation

On May, Cavalcanti decided to leave Brazil temporarily and lived for two weeks in Russia, taking part in PEACE Anti-takeover operation at that time, when Russia was under a takeover attempt by Romanians and ATLANTIS supporters. In Russia, he could met new people; friendships he maintains until today.

Cavalcanti decided to run for presidency in the elections held on 5th June, supported by all top6 Brazilian parties. He won elections with 625 votes, more than 80% of total votes. During his mandate as President, Brazil joined AHA (later known as ALA) as a full member. Besides, Brazilian Army were deployed to Italy to fight for German regions against the Poles and to Serbia to get back serbian regions under croat control since the first Croatia-Serbia War.

On internal affairs, several new citizens guides were made to create an effective plataform enough to enable a successful babyboom, which happened only an year later. During his term many talks with Ines Schumacher, South African Leader in Exile, were held and slowly the population started to support the freedom of a south african region under Brazilian domain, what happened in the posterior government.

Religion

Cavalcanti converted himself to Dioism on January 30 2009.
