Count Drakula (henceforth Count) was a citizen of the UK.
He started off on the 31st of November, 2008 in Yorkshire & Humberside. He started life off not knowing about the forums but was soon introduced by IndieKid. He joined just before the forums were changed but was not very active. Since the forum update, he has become very active, winning the Congress elections on the 25th of February. He was a member of The Unity Party and United Kingdom Reform Party.

Early Life

Count started off just working and training each day and wandering around the website and its wiki. He was introduced to the forums soon after the start of his Life by IndieKid. He was, however shy of posting on the eUK forums. After the update, he found confidence and started posting in the forums about many topics. He was however inexperienced and made silly posts with no idea of what he was actually proposing such as this one.

Political History

January Elections

Count has always been involved in some form of politics. He joined The Unity Party on January 8th. He immediately had plans for congress. He proposed himself as a congressman with the motto:

• I do not go for Congress because I can.
• I do not go for Congress for money.
• I go for Congress for the people.

He didn't understand what most of the things he was proposing. His Manifesto said that he wanted to have a state company, work with the NHS director, and include citizens, gifting / giving out food and a regional flag.

Involvement in York City Council

York City Council was set up just after the elections. Count immediately took a liking to it and applied for Councilor of Health [1]. He got the placement and worked hard with over 100 young citizens messaged. He wrote several articles as reports, one each week:

February Elections

A month after his previous election Count decided to try again. He put in a lot more thought and discussed it with the previous congressman IndieKid. This manifesto was far better with many new ideas. He mainly wanted to improve the York City Council in his Manifesto. He came 2nd alongside the previous congressman Iain Keers and fellow new congressman Jaden87.

Military

This soldier has been Mentioned in Despatches by the UK Military.

Count joined The Royal Navy during Operation French Toast he was stationed at Lower Normandy under Will Salmon. He, however, felt that he could assist the war more by moving to a different county with a better hospital which meant that he had to leave the Royal Navy and he was submitted into the Royal Guard. His last position was a soldier in a small British military unit Legio I Minervia.
