What are ranks in eRepublik?
In national organized militaries, such as the British Army or the United States Armed Forces, citizens who are members are given a rank, which displays their level of importance, responsibility and skill in the national military. This rank is not related to the damage ranks that every citizen in eRepublik has.

Useage in Organized Militaries
Private is a soldier of the lowest military rank in an organized military that bases it's structure on a land army. 'Private' is shortened to 'Pte' in the United Kingdom and other real world Commonwealth countries and to 'Pvt.' in the United States of America.

In the South African Armed Forces, a Private (Pte) wears no insignia.
