The Parliamentary Group Leader informs the Congress members of his political party about the Parliament's activities, and represents the group whenever it is needed in the Parliament.

His main job is to inform his Congress members of his political party about the Parliament's decisions and/or his party leadership's decisions on how and when to vote the proposed laws.
