Chief of Staff is a user created position. Some political parties (USWP), countries (USA), and military organizations (EIRB/IVF) have an appointed chief of staff.

Chief of staff is the coordinator of the cabinet and the staff involved. The position is responsible for organization and support of various positions and tasks involved in the cabinet or department.
