Energy pool is the maximum amount of energy that a citizen can have.

If the energy pool is not full, every 6 minutes a certain amount of energy is recovered automatically.

Energy pool capacity

The capacity of the energy pool depends on several factors and the total (maximum energy pool capacity) is the sum of those factors.

The maximum amount of energy a citizen can have is 9999. This is especially important for players that have more than 5000 energy pool and then gain a level.

Level of the citizen - initial energy pool

The energy pool for a newly born citizen is 200 and will increase by 40 at every level up until level 21. At level 21, a citizen will have a maximum energy of 1000.
