CopyPaste (071 being used only because of an inactive user with same nickname somewhere in America), joined the New World in the first half of December 2008. Those were the days of great influx of new citizens in recently established Croatia, and CopyPaste was one of the first to join the fledgling Croatian nation in eRepublik.

Business

As every beginning is hard, so has CopyPaste wandered around, learning about the game and the New World. After a while, prospects have improved. CopyPaste banded with some friends and started a couple of organizations, such as C-B-I Holding and Pantelic a.d..

Media

CopyPaste publishes and edits Winter is Coming newspapers. Many of his articles are a must-read in Croatia, but as of late in Bosnia as well.

Politics and Public Life

CopyPaste is politically very active and was a prominent member of Croatia's most successful party, Hrvatska Demokratska Stranka (HDS). As HDS's candidate in Croatian region of Lika and Gorski Kotar, CopyPaste became a Croatian congressman on January Congress elections. In February 2009 he became HDS party secretary. CopyPaste won another term in Congress on February elections, representing Northwest Croatia, and then yet another term in March 09, again for Northwest Croatia.

At the end of January, CopyPaste became manager of Zavod za zdravstvo RH, an organization under Croatian Ministry of Social Care. Zavod manages a Gift company, it's goal being improvement of wellness nationwide. He was replaced as the head of the Zavod in early April 2009.

In April 2009 CopyPaste resigned as party Secretary, and left HDS, beginning a new chapter in his political career.

April Presidential Elections Controversy

CopyPaste was HDS's candidate for President in April 2009. After a long and pretty much successful campaign, CopyPaste was tipped by many to be the most likely next president of Croatia. However, just 7 hours before the elections, CopyPaste was replaced as a candidate by an established Croatian politician and the country's first president Roby Petric, who received CopyPaste's support in his short but effective campaign. Roby won the elections the following day.

Although CopyPaste was offered a Premier's position by Roby Petric, he refused, choosing a non-partisan Congressional career instead. All details about this electoral controversy are still to be unearthed.

Military

After the end of his third term in Congress in April 2009, CopyPaste joined Croatian Army and became member of its 4. Gardijska Brigada - Pauci.
