Northwest Croatia (Hrvatski: Sjeverozapadna Hrvatska) is a region of Croatia situated in the northwest. The capital and the largest city of the region is Varaždin which is situated in the middle of the region.

History
In the early years of Croatia, Northwest Croatia was attacked several times by Hungary but the Croatian Army and allies managed to secure the region every time.
In newer times (2023/2024), it was conqured many times, predominately it was controlled by Argentina, Serbia, Slovenia, Uruguay and USA.
