The Second Congress of the Philippines was the former meeting of the national legislature (Congress of the Philippines) of the Republic of the Philippines. The Second Congress was convened after the March 25, 2009 congressional elections, which had replaced the entire membership of the First Philippine Congress Congress members of the Second Philippine Congress had served starting from March 26, 2009, until April 25, 2009.
