Revision as of 17:23, 3 December 2014

The Age of R began after the confirmation of the eRepublik administration of the victory of Al Raposas as President of the Philippines on July 6, 2013 (Day 2055).[1] Raposas is the 51st president of the Philippines, and the 37th president since eRepublik Rising. He was the first Filipino president to be elected since the Macedonian PTO of January 2013. His term was renewed upon his election on August 6, 2013. He ran for a third consecutive term on September 5, 2013, but lost to agent of chaos with a vote of 28-28.

Accomplishments

The Raposas mandate is determined to carry over its platforms during the campaign. The progress in these platforms, and to other newly introduced programs, can be seen here.

  • Philippine Associated Suppliers Cooperative (PASCo)

This was made to make the Philippine market competitive and patronized in the country, as well as in the entire region. With Presidential sponsorship, the Philippines have began to realize this vision by breaking in through Q1, Q3 and Q6 weapons.

See the initial results of the program by clicking here.

  • Ministry of Defense Supply Program

Target: 200 citizens (supplied with 5 Q6 weapons and 20 Q5 food each)

Achieved: 60 citizens (July 2013), 26 citizens (August 2013)

For more information, see: National Mission (update) + Supply Program

  • Let’s Take The Initiative Program

This program was not realized and was converted instead, during the second term, into the Juniors Initiative, a group of 30 citizens below the Level 30 joined together by the President for advice on government action on issues, and provision of easier coordination and communication.

  • Free Philippines Project (Target: 2-4)

A resistance war was begun in Luzon on July 15 willed only to be a daily order for new citizens. For optimists, there was hope to liberate the region even though it was begun without consent from the occupying country China. However, the RW ended with the score of 92-7. On August 15, Mindanao was liberated through resistance war with China stating that it shall be handing over the region to Indonesia. However, Indonesia had been occupied in the natural enemy war with Australia and New Zealand, with which it had only succeeded shortly after the September 5 elections. Thus, after helping the Philippines liberate Palawan and Luzon on August 21 and 22, respectively, Pakistan declared a NE war against the Philippines and attacked Palawan on the 23rd, Luzon on the 25th, and Mindanao on the 26th.

Despite this debacle, the Raposas administration succeeded in spacing out the war with Pakistan so as to give the country the Forty-Seventh Philippine Congress, the first congress since May 2013. Mindanao was under Philippine control for around ten days. It was the largest Congress membership the country had experienced since September 2012.

  • Individual Stimulus Package

The individual stimulus package, first proposed to be government funding of citizens to upgrade or buy factories, was not realized due to meager resources of the Treasury. This was instead converted into the work tax compensation. Work tax was enforced on Day 2089, making factory managers to pay taxes to the government. The Raposas administration proposed work tax compensation, which is a fixed rate compensation to citizens due to punitive work tax of 10% from Day 2089-2107 (it was lowered to 3%).[2] This was not realized due to: a) rejected donation law, and b) loss in the September 2013 elections.

  • Integration of military units under government command (Target: 2)

On Day 2059 (July 10, 2013), for the first time since PUMA (Philippine United Military Assembly), the Raposas mandate had successfully integrated five of the nine military units in the Philippines under the government command (see: Armed Forces of the Philippines). A supply network and discussion on military affairs was established.[3]

  • Helping NaN: We can always help fight with nations allied with us in NaN, which actually makes us more busy in military campaigns than before, but let us keep in mind to fight for the Philippines first when our country needed us. Under the Raposas administration, the Philippines was finally admitted to NaN, with the President himself as the Assembly Representative for the country. Also, to foster cooperation between NaN members, it was also under this administration that the NaN Unity Cup was held.
