Dr.Allen (30 March 2009 - Unknown) was an eAustralian. He lived in New South Wales, Australia. He was born as Bowen Eley.

Brief History

Born in Indonesian-occiped Western Australia, he decided that he would benefit Australia more if he stayed in Indonesia to develop faster and return back to Australia at a later date. In October, 2009 Freddy decided to move Hungary and finally France to join some friends he had made in those communities. Allen decided to stay in France after the introduction of citizenship and began to build up companies in Spain, France, Germany and the USA.

Allen soon closed these companies except for a few grain and food companies and decide to make his fortune in the MM and giving out loans. Eventually Allen returned back to Australia in November 2009, joined ACUK. But after becoming the Senator in February 2010, he was 'demoted' to AAR where he became a squad CO. Soon he was on promotion run and become the Platoon CO, later AAR deputy Marshal in March and finally the AAR Marsal after replacing Hinokai in June and a DropBears. He also worked for the Department of Tourism under Cerb and as the deputy Minister of Industry.

Bowen has nominated himself as the August CP candidate under AMP and ACP. Served as a senator for Tasmania in February and served as a non-elected senator in June. On August 13 he brought about porn day in the Australian forum. Allen served one term as Australian Prime Minister.
