Citizens can increase their energy by purchasing a First Aid Kit. Each First Aid kit costs  0.5 GOLD and it adds 10 points to your energy.

Energy represents your Citizen's energy indicator that helps you reach a higher productivity when you work and also increases your chances to win a fight. Acquire this kit to boost your energy with 10 units.

On the Battlefield
First Aid Kits can be used to increase your energy on the battlefield. You can use a First Aid kit to gain 10 energy on the battlefield in order to increase your energy.
Please note: Before day 1743 First Aid Kit was known as Health Kit.
