Josh was a citizen of Canada and Germany. He was born under the name Josh Samson in British Columbia, Canada.
He served as a Member of the German Congress in Baden-Wurttemberg.
Biography
After getting beta invitation from a friend, Josh started his eRepublik life in Canada.
At the beginning, his life wasn't really exciting, he worked and trained daily but didn't participate in any other activities.
When joining the Canadian Armed Forces, Josh's life changed. He took a more active part in the forum and started to move around with his platoon. But even as an active soldier Josh didn't had many opportunities to fight. For example, he spent most his time in the trenches of Argentina , waiting for orders until he was order back to Canadian soil without a single fight.
After the launch of V1 more and more of Josh's Canadian friends died or moved away. The Canadian politics become a battlefield and Josh didn't feel comfortable anymore.
Looking for a new country to stay, he contacted DKN the president of the young Germany, which just gained it's full independence from Sweden and Isy, his ultimately successor. After talking to Isy, Josh decided to come to Germany and ran for Congress. He won the seat and was named Minister of Migration.
Upon his return to Canada he become member of EPIC.

As a Member of Congress Josh supported the following ideas:
- It is important that Germany establishes good relationships with it's neighbors, especially Sweden.
- Josh does not support the joining of any alliances. Neither PEACE GC nor ATLANTIS.
- He sees Germany as an independent and neutral country in a stable Europe.
- An important part of this stable Europe is the ESA which Josh fully supports.
Minister of Migration
