Name Meaning
Nobody knows the real name of Thalio Voss. We only known the username Thalio Voss was taken from the Ancient Greek name (thallṓ, “flourish”) which It's pronounced Tah-lee-0h. While Voss (also known as Voß in German), meaning fox.
Early life
Thalio Voss was born in May 13, 2016 (Day 3097), in Shannon, 
Ireland which was occupied by USA at that time. Very little is known about his past, as there isn't any known source which can give us some detail of that part of his life. Due to the constant attacks that have arisen in this area of Ireland. Most records about him have been damaged or lost due to constant bombing in the city.
We only know that after living for a few days in the area, he left Shannon and moved to USA, to the state of Colorado - 
to join the Dictatorship campaign. After a successful campaign in Colorado and wishing to change air and start a new life, he moved to Annapolis but since he didn't got used to live in a small city he moved to New York to start a new life in the big apple. He got a job and trained hard every day. Learning about everything abou erepublik.

The young citizen soon became very ambitious and took it upon himself to make a splash in local politics. Thalio Voss joined as a member of We The People - (WTP) under Party President rainy sunday, hoping to start a political career there, in May 25th, 2016, Thalio Voss was elected as congressman of USA for the first time, from his WTP party. In his time as congressman of USA, he did not do very good... the main reason was lack of experience.
On that same day he got a phone call from James Schubert member of SFA asking him if he was interested in serving in his future cabinet as a member of the security council. Jun 5th, 2016 came rather quickly for him, but the partial results were not favorable to James Schubert with only 17.13% of the votes.

Thalio Voss first steps in battle were as mercenary, but since he didn't have enough experience in combat he decided to join a military unit, so he joined the United States Armed Forces - USAF. That only lasted for 2 days as he was asked to join the American Civilian Militia to help Tyler Bubblar in his dictatorship campaign, but as soon as the campaign was over he left the Militia to rejoined the United States Armed Forces - USAF on May 16, 2016 as member of the 5rd regiment, but after he got his first slayer decoration (3rd rank) he was promoted to the 3rd Regiment under the command of Regiment Captain Kodos.

Upon joining the New World, and when Thalio Voss reached level 6, he spent his reward gold in buying ammo. He would go on to learn that this is a common newbie mistake; because of this, he became motivated to learn more about the game, and had to find a job to gain money and felt into a job under the employment of darksrevan, earning a salary of 
122.5 USD. On May 30th, 2016 (Day 3,117) Thalio Voss was one of the congressmen to agree to reduce the work tax to 1%, that law was approved by congress, hoping to increase the number of foreign compánies to establish in USA after the end of the resource wars around the new world.
Thalio Voss for a while tried to build his own Weapon factory, but the lack of money was always a major factor for not growing his companies. He manages a few companies although not all were used at the moment because of not having enough money to manage them. On Jun 5th, 2016 he finally was able to build his first Weapon factory Q1.
But the Market conditions worsened for him as the time passed and it was clearly from financial projections that profits were almost impossible to achieve in a short run, so he started doing special missions to gain gold.

In his early years, Thalio Voss tried to find a religion of his own, but he was strongly motivated by the desire to be happy and experience various kinds of pleasure. Personal instant gratification was gold for him. Thinking wasn’t fun for him anymore! Unless he was thinking about how to get what he wanted as quickly and effortlessly as possible. Since he believed Dioism, was an evil cult started by an ex-servant of god, soon he realised that other religions started as sects or branches of Dioism too, and all these called religions were against his beliefs. He began a pilgrimage to different places in the world looking for that special religion. On May 28, 2016 (Day 3111) while he was in Mississippi he discovered the Church of the New World or Churchism as his religion. 10 days later on Day 3121, he abandoned his faith.
