Contract between Zahmir, representing Crusader's Paradise, of GreeceLightning Enterprises (Zahmir) and, Gilles Garnier and Undergeneral (Investing Parties).

This contract defines the terms for investment in Zahmir's Company through GreeceLightning Enterprises, Crusader's Paradise.

For each one (1) gold donated to GreeceLightning Enterprises by the Investing Parties named above, each party will receive 3% of the weekly profits at the end of each week, for as many weeks as this contract is valid, potentially, indefinitely.

Failure to provide dividends within one week of the original scheduled dividend payment will result in a penalty of 15% of original dividend payment, to be compounded weekly.

At no time shall the penalty exceed the total of the original payment; 200% of the original dividend payment will be the maximum penalty for late dividend payment.

Dividends shall begin at the end of the first week in January --Jan.3, 2009-- and will factor in the profits from the previous 7 days only.

Donations of exactly five fold (5) from Gilles Garnier, and five (5) from Undergeneral will be donated to GreeceLightning Enterprises no later than 5:00pm December 27, game time.

Failure to do so will result in the Investing Party's dissolution from the contract at no penalty to either Crusader's Paradise. Dissolution at this time will result in the refund of any partial investment which could not be paid in full according to the above.

Profits are hereby defined as revenue (i.e. the total money made by selling guns) minus (salary and bonuses) minus (raw materials purchase) minus (loan payments). Investing Parties involved understand the volatility of the gun market and cannot sue under terms of this contract for insufficient dividends.

If at any time, an Investing Party wishes to remove himself from the obligation to Crusader's Enterprises, he is free to do so. 25% of the Investing Party's original investment will be returned within a reasonable time, to be negotiated.

Failure of Crusader's Enterprise to return 25% of investment within 180 days will result in a penalty of refund in full of the original investment of Investing Party.

If at any time, Crusader's Paradise wishes to remove itself from the obligation to Investing Party, it must, under these terms, return 200% of the initial investment.

Crusader's Enterprises is entitled to removing himself gradually from an Investing Party by paying two (2) gold for each one (1) gold, thereby reducing the Investing Party's total dividends by 3% for each 2 gold paid to the Investing Party.

He may continue to buy out each investment of one (1) gold until the Investing Party has no further obligation to Crusader's Enterprises and vice versa.

Crusader's Enterprises may buy out gold at any time. However, the Investing Party is entitled to refuse to be bought out. Parties understand the volatility of gold prices according to various currencies. Parties cannot sue under terms of this contract for loss incurred as a result of fluctuating gold and currency prices.

The penalty for breaking this contract will be two (2) gold for each one (1) gold invested, on top of the original obligation.

Extension
If ForbesIndustries cannot pay back the entire loan by day 455, 3% will be added to the payback amount for each week of overtime. If overtime takes longer than 60 days, Gilles Garnier reserves the right to take action against ForbesIndustries.

Repercussions
If ForbesIndustries fails to pay back the loan by day 455, and has not contacted Gilles Garnier about overtime, Gilles Garnier reserves the right to take action if he so chooses.

Void
This contract is void if both parties do not sign the contract on day 455 and 20 GOLD is not donated to ForbesIndustries after signing.

1. This contract will make Gilles Garnier and Psykedelickz rightful owners* of the Unoriginal inc. organization.

1.a: Other entities will be able to join the contract if the rightful owners* have agreed on this thread.

2. This contract will last theoretically infinitely unless the two (2) rightful possessor write in this thread: "I hereby want to close this contract".

3. Only the holders of the Unoriginal inc. organization shall have the password to the organization.

3.a: The profit* shall be divided in half, one half will stay in the organization and the other will be divided into equal parts throughout the members.

3.b: The formula for the distribution of the profit can be changed with the permission of the starting members.

3.c: If there is an addition to the total number of the possessing entities, the password must be sent to the new member of the organization.

3.d: To withdraw more money than the profit, members must ask permission of other members in this exact thread, if all the members agree then the money withdrawal can proceed.

3.e: If the money gained is inferior to the total of the employee salaries at the end of each month, the rightful owners* of the organization have the right to demand a payment equal to the deficit divided by the number of members to each member of Unoriginal inc.

4. Rightful owners* reserves the right to kick any non-starting members of the organization if the two (2) of them have agreed upon it.

4.a: If a member of the organization refuses to pay the allocated payment accordingly to the rule 3.e of the agreed terms section, the rightful owners* of the organization have the right to kick the corresponding member of Unoriginal inc

5. If the withdrawal of the money is done without permission of the two (2) rightful possessors, ADMIN shall, when contacted with all the information needed, proceed to return the money to the Unoriginal inc. organization account.

5.a: Accordingly to the terms of 3.e, 4.a, ADMIN shall also return the sum of money that original member should have given.

5.b: If the organization get stolen*, by one of the starting members, the starting members can start a trial with the money left in the Unoriginal inc. organization account, if it is proven that the account was stolen, the account of the thief shall automatically resign to any ownership of the organization and all of the actives* inside.

• Rightful owners: Term used to replace the two(2) starting members: Gilles Garnier and Psykedelickz.
• Profit: Money gained minus the salaries of the employees.
• Actives: Companys held inside of the Organization, money held inside of the Organization.

4. The primary member reserves the right to kick out any members of the organization if the majority of them have agreed upon it or if one member did something really inappropriate. (This term can be discussed)

4.a: If a member of the organization refuses to pay the allocated payment accordingly to the rule 3.e of the agreed terms section, the primary member of the organization has the right to kick the corresponding member of Unoriginal inc.

5. If the withdrawal of the money is done without permission of the majority, ADMIN shall, when contacted with all the information needed, proceed to return the money to the Unoriginal inc. organization account.

5.a: According to the terms of 3.e, 4.a, ADMIN shall also return the sum of money that the original member should have given.

5.b: If the organization get stolen by one of the members, the other members can start a trial with the money left in the Unoriginal inc. organization account, if it is proven that the account was stolen, the account of the thief shall automatically resign to any ownership of the organization and all of the actives* inside.

6. If anything that is described here is done by one of the members, the ADMIN shall take all the personal money, companies and items of the offender and transfer it to the Organization account if there is no more place for items or companies they shall be transferred to the primary member account instead.

6.a: One of the members dies.

6.b: One of the members receives a permanent ban.

6.c: One of the members edits one of his posts (Including all important post)

2.a: Gilles Garnier will give 20 GOLD to Andrew Mendelson on the day 466.
2.b: When the gold is received, Andrew Mendelson shall write in this thread: " 20 GOLD have been deposited to my account".
2.c: When 60 days have passed, in other words on day 526, Andrew Mendelson shall return 22 GOLD to Gilles Garnier.

3. The contract will last as long as Gilles Garnier will not have the 20 GOLD loaned plus the interest. ( 22 GOLD)

4. If Andrew Mendelson does not give back the 22 GOLD on the day 536, Gilles Garnier is entitled to his right to sue.
4.a: Andrew Mendelson put as consideration is Organization and Companies plus other currencies that he has in his personal account.

5. The said action will be considered a contract breaching, thus giving power to ADMIN to act if the plaintiff requests.
5.a: If one of the parties involved modifies parts of the Contract, or a signature by modifying the comments in the Contract topic;
5.b: If one of the parties involved receives a permanent ban or parts or all the properties of that entity is impounded by Admin;
5.c: If one of the citizens that signs the Contract dies;

Unoriginal inc (Gilles Garnier) will donate 30 GOLD to Money Tree Corp (OuterInvader) as an investment. Money Tree Corp will use the gold to start up and run a new company. Money Tree Corp will give 10% interest/month for one month. After 30 days the whole investment will be paid back, and Money Tree Corp will be the sole owner of the company. The terms of this contract must be fulfilled within 1 month after the contract has been signed by both parties.

If the contract is broken by either side, the purchased company will be returned to Unoriginal inc, or the company will be sold and the whole price will be given to Unoriginal inc, if such an action is possible. This is also valid in case the parties that break the contract are permanently banned, or their properties are impounded, or the citizen that signed the contract dies. The parties that break the contract will also receive a three day ban.

If the name of the contract is modified by either side, or one of the signatures is modified, the exchanged properties will be returned to their previous owners, if such an action is possible. The parties that have modified the contract or signature will also receive a three day ban."

Contract Type: Loan Agreement between Gilles Garnier, who will act as the lender, and Sir Frank, who will act as a borrower.

Amount to lend: 30 GOLD

Total Amount owed: 35 GOLD
Term of Loan: Due 20 days after signature of the loan

Responsibility: The Citizen Sir Frank is responsible for the Loan

1. If the Borrower fails to repay the full amount by the end of the due date his/her’s assets are to be impounded by the Admin, Borrower shall be in default. The Lender can then demand to Admin immediate payment of the entire remaining unpaid balance of this loan from his accounts/Organization accounts/Companies accounts or the equivalent in properties he (she) had.

2. If Borrower fails to comply with this contract because of: a permanent Ban; a temporary Ban; Death; or his/her’s properties are impounded by Admin, Borrower shall be in default. The Lender can then demand to Admin immediate payment of the entire remaining unpaid balance of this loan from his accounts/Organization accounts/Companies accounts or the equivalent in properties he (she) had.

3. Security: To protect Lender, Borrower gives what is known as a security interest or mortgage in all of Borrower's assets (organizations, companies, currencies, gold) and will transfer the assets over to the Lender in case of non-compliance with the contract.

If the Lender gives the Borrower an extension of time to pay this loan, he still must repay the entire remaining amount due. After being signed by both entities, this contract can’t be modified without consent and signatures of all the parts involved, under penalty of being considered void. Subsequently, by request, the first party may ask Admin to take the measures as in points 1, 2 and 3.

"Gilles Garnier" will donate to "SGT Investments" 200 GOLD in the form of investment/loan within 12 hours after both parties agree on the current contract.

"SGT Investments" is obliged to repay back the loaned sum within a maximum time frame of 90 days. If the loan is repaid earlier the full interest will be calculated for the entire length of the contract which is 90 days.

Every 30 days "Gilles Garnier"'s investment will add up an additional 7% of the loan in the form of interest.

The entire amount of Gold which has to be returned to "Gilles Garnier" will be 245 GOLD, even if the loan is repaid earlier then the maximum of the 90 days allowed.
