Elari Reili was a citizen of Estonia, Philippines and Croatia. He was born 11th May 2009 in Estonia.
Estonia
Elari Reili was an active politician in Estonia, serving as a Member of Congress on many occasions. His greatest achievement was being elected President of Estonia.
Lõuna-Eesti in Estonia was the first region where he set up his candidacy in June 25, 2009. He was elected in Congress.
Speaker of Congress
By that time he already made a name for myself and was elected unopposed for the position of Speaker of Congress. Congressmen elected him as Speaker of Congress and President of Estonia s33vald appointed him on June 28, 2009 as Speaker of Congress.
Minister
Before Elari got appointed as a Minister, he was Austrian and Canadaian ambassador. After his employer (Minister of Foreign Affairs - Thucar) won the Presidential Elections. He offered his old position and Elari accepted.
USA
In September, he moved to USA and started military career and since then he has been a loyal USA citizen.
Elari decided to candidate for USA Congress, which went successfully. When the Congressman term was over he had to decide whether to candidate or not for second term.
Philippines
After his term was over in US Congress, he moved to Philippines and candidate as Congress member. He won elections and then started a political career in Philippines. I got elected as PH Vice-Speaker of Congress and Minister of Internal and Education Affairs.
After little vacation he returned to Philippines and joined with Philippine Progressive Party. He ran for Congress and he won another term.
Croatia
Joined August 1, 2011 with Croatian Military, HV 1.GB Tigrovi.
