North Caucasus

North Caucasus is a region in Russia. It was taken over by Norway in May 2008 as a result of the Norway-Russia War, and then by Romania. It was returned to Russia in April, 2009, and then it was lost in war against Hungary and eventually returned to Russia. Its capital is Rostov.
