Sir Kanye West, formerly known as Sir DeLaShaunRon Smith, is a citizen of 
Peru, former citizen of 
Canada and 
USA.
Biography
Sir DeLaShaunRon Smith started out like everyone else, not really knowing what he was doing but was captivated by the 'be the president of your country' ad. As a new player, being patient and waiting for levels to be unlocked were probably the hardest parts of the game for him. Not being able to run a business or join a political party right away were both major drawbacks. Therefore, soon after joining, he bought his first gold pack, 
40 GOLD for 
20 CAD with the idea to speed the process up.
At the beginning of the game, he wasn't much interested in the national army, the Canadian Armed Forces and it took him about 6 months to initially apply. But, as soon as the game allowed him to join a political party he joined the Canadian Paradox Party. His reason being he had watched The Godfather that night and saw Hagen's name. He took that as a sign that the CPP was the party for him. He got into Hagen's inner circle fairly quickly and was heavily involved in the CPP. He worked his way up and became party president sometime in 2009 and was in charge of running the CPP companies! That was on top of running his own companies which were flourishing at the time. Sir DeLaShaunRon Smith had a shaky start but has advanced to be one of the most well respected players in the Canadian community.
Business
Soon after signing up, he bought gold with 20 CAD ( 40 GOLD at the time) and with a Q1 weapons company, his fortune began. Soon after he figured out that you didn't have to login in to gain experience, so he put a referral link on a popular hockey forum and had over 60 people sign up! With this, he fed them until they reached level 6, and received the 5 referral gold, this is how his fortune expanded. He also made almost 200 GOLD in the food industry alone during the V1 period of erepublik. He owned many successful companies.

Politics 
He was an active member of the Military Dictatorship Party and has been in congress 4 times and served one term as party president. Although, his first party was the Canadian Paradox Party. Politically, he started out as the Deputy Minister of Immigration. His financial success within the game didn't go unnoticed and eventually he was named as Minister of the National Bank of Canada. His duties were to amass as much gold as possible for Canada via the monetary market. From there he became Finance Minister under Jacobi, Nea Milosu and Dade Pendwyn, although he resigned because Dade was a was not the kind of leader he wanted to serve under.
Later Kanye joined EPIC party where he was elected on several more occasions to the Congress of Canada.
Military
He is a very respected fighter who's managed to acquire several military achievements! He was an active and well respected soldier in the Canadian Armed Forces. Around his days as a newer player he co-ran the 4th platoon with No Idea.
Media
That's what She Said was the newspaper started by Sir DeLaShaunRon Smith. He rarely wrote articles, and when he does, they were usually a few paragraphs, and then a half naked girl which is why it's considered to be a sporadic newspaper.
Later the newspaper first rebranded as Kanye West and today when Kanye lives in Peru is known as The Peruvian Journal.
