Tiuri is a German citizen, born on eRep-Day 598. Because of the occupation of Germany, he started in Canada, which was the exile place for many other Germans at that time. But short after the start he moved to the "new" Germany.
Politics

Tiuri was a member of the Sozialdemokratische Partei eD, a middle-left party. He reached the congress five times (Sep 26th - Dec 25th 2009 and Jun 26th - Aug 25th 2010) for Lower Saxony and Bremen and was chairman of the congress in the term Jul/Aug. Later he joined the new Sozialdemokratische Partei where he ultimately become the vice president of the party.
Government
Tiuri was Minister of Migration (MoM) six times under the presidents The German Eagle, Donnie Bronco, Konrad Neumann and MachtGeil from Oct 2009 to Apr 2010. After a few month without being member of the government, he become employee in the Ministry of Interior.

Since April 2010 Tiuri is the German ambassador to Estonia. He published several interviews with Estonians in Germany, and three Germans in Estonia in his newspaper because he wanted to have a better knowing for each other.
