History
Volga Vyatka was taken over by Norway in May 2008 as a result of the Norway-Russia War. Then it was freed during the Russian Independence War. It was soon taken over by Romania. Romania returned it to Norway under a deal that enabled Romania to attack Indonesia
Around day 2,020, it was taken by Latvia and has been able to fend off Russian attackers. They are working along with Hungary and (at one point) Ukraine to take over the entirety of Russia. This is part of the Hungarian-Russian War, which is a small part of World War VI.
