The National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (Filipino: Pambansang Kawanihang Tagapagtugma ng Kaalaman, abbreviated NICA), sometimes Department of Intelligence, is a Philippine agency under the Department of Foreign Affairs. It is the agency responsible for identifying threats to the security of the Philippines, either by people, organizations or other nations.
