It is the department responsible for reminding the people that this game is meant to be fun.

History

The Ministry of Merriment is started by July 2009 President HazzN on Day 595 under the name Department of Fun (Filipino: Kagawaran ng Pagsasaya). It begun at the same time as the Department of Education.
