Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) was added on March 11, 2009 to eRepublik.

The capital region is Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The country is surrounded by Croatia with borders on north, west and east. In north-east Bosnia shares short border with the Serbian region of Vojvodina. The south-eastern Bosnian borders are still uncharted territories.

Regions

Bosnia and Herzegovina consists of 4 regions: Brčko District, East Srpska Republic, West Srpska Republic and Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Population

Although this is one of the youngest country in eRepublik, its population is fast growing with over 1000 citizens in first month since establishment. Today, after mild emigration population of Bosnia and Herzegovina stand at approximately 3200 people. Most populated region is capital region, Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, with over 70% of total country population living there.

Economy

The official currency is BAM - Bosanska Marka. By BiH government MONEX policy, exchange rate between BAM and Gold is fixed at 1 BAM = 0.025 Gold.

Region productivity

Currently only resource discovered in Bosnia and Herzegovina is Grain in Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. No resources have been discovered in Brčko District, East Srpska Republic and West Srpska Republic.

In first congress elections Demokratska stranka eBiH gained victory with around 70% of seats in Congress. It elected over 60% in the October elections but currently only holds 23% of the seats

History

People of Bosnia and Herzegovina were living in many different countries in the new World, most of them lived in Croatia. When finally Bosnia and Herzegovina was added to the New World, they all started to relocate to their homeland.
