William Choi was an old citizen and politician of South Korea who ended his career in Indonesia.
He has been elected congressman for 12 terms in different regions in South Korea, including Jeju, Jeollabuk-do, Jeollanam-do, Chungcheongbuk-do etc.
He joined President Arjay Phoenician's cabinet as the Director of Media under the Ministry of Domestic Affairs.
In June 2011, William Choi served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea, the Party President of True Korean Party (formerly known as Resistance Coree) and Commander of Korean White Tigers.
William Choi was invited to the New World by Ssakurako Sugimoto who later became the President of China.
He started his life in UK as a worker in a government-owned ticket company. With an ambition to travel around the world, the 3 day-old William Choi spent most of his fortune to buy an air ticket to Hungary, where he settled for 1 month and obtained Hungarian citizenship. After travelling to countries around the world, including Greece, Italy, Brazil, Canada, South Africa and so on, William Choi landed on South Korea where he decided to stay for good and be buried in after his death.

Political Highlights
William Choi started his political life in March 2010 when he ran for congress in Jeollabuk-do. Shortly after that, a lulz war broke out between Japan and South Korea. At the beginning of the war, William had been requesting help from his friends in China but was rejected. During the time when President Peter de LusionisT Bae and MoD Aarons-Miller apparently abandoned their country, William Choi fought alongside with the resistance organized by the Minister of Health Joseph Orair. Throughout the courses of the war, William Choi waged a propaganda war and published a series of Kanto War Crime Tribunal, a well known propaganda which aimed at dampening the enemy spirits. The war, mentioned by William Choi in his opening speech of The Tower of Victory in Chungcheongnam-do, led to the establishment of a strong friendship between him and Wladimir Rascian who later became one of his most important friends.
After the war, William Choi offered his full support to Joseph Orair for the presidential election. After Joseph had lost the election by a nose, William was invited to join the cabinet of Arjay Phoenician as the Director of Media under the Ministry of Domestic Affairs. There, in order to encourage media activity, he started The Active Media Campaign, which includes a Media Award, won by Grease, the first real life Korean elected as the President of South Korea. The Media Award was the first award to be presented to the media and has been transformed to the Gold Pen Award by Dan/naD Wilshire, an important friend who William shares his ideologies with.
After South Korea was PTOed by Romanians, William Choi has joined the Resistance Coree and then United Resistance Front to fight against PTOers. William Choi was a candidate for party president in March 2011 but soon after the release of pre-election results, he resigned from candidate to ensure utoronto being elected, saving the party from being PTOed like the Resistance Coree.
On May 09 (Day 1266), William Choi is appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea.
