Biography
First days
Wladimir Rascian was born on 712th day of New World in small village in Vojvodina, Serbia. His first owner was under great influence of in-game nacional-socialism.
His unorthodox comments on the articles often caused other citizens of Serbia to look at him with disgust, and reports kept coming more often as he steadily progressed towards ranks of established clero-fascists. During those days, he received first temp-ban. That day off made the first owner angry, so he offered this character to the present owner, the true Wladimir Rascian.
Military days; Leaving Serbia
First thing of his new life Wladimir Rascian used to end his bonds with previous friends, and make some reputation within his own country. He joined paramilitary organisation Serbian Legion (later part of an official army of Serbia), where he was participating in numerous battles around the New World, fighting for the Serbia and its allies. He quickly shifted from rank of captain to the rank of general, where he stayed up to these days.
During his service he traveled from islands of Indonesia to Brazilian rain forests, from resistance pockets in France to the highest mountains in China, from Hungarian colonial empire in Heilongjiang to Australian deserts. There he met numerous characters who highly influenced his decision to leave army, and become a devoted pacifist.
After witnessing corruption within every government, the highly developed networks of multi-accounts, and PTO teams which worked on destruction of other players many-months hard work, he left Serbia never to return.
Travelling around
After Serbia, Wladimir become citizen of Czech Republic, found the Sanctuary in USA and participated in Second Japan-South Korea War. Afterwards he spent some days in Canada before returning to Korea. He ultimately went back to USA and died as citizen of USA.
The Most Noble, Honourable and Valiant Order of The Asylum
During his long history of travelling, Wladimir Rascian realised that a World is a bitter place for those who were born without wish to live by the rules of the ruling caste embodied by two massive alliances called EDEN and Phoenix. During those months of despair he found that there are many of those who are lurking for an opportunity to get in touch with something other than everlasting war of the ruling caste, that has imposed its point view of how the World should look like.
A Sanctuary was needed for those people, a place which will shelter them from polluting influence of the outside. So Wladimir swore he'll commit his life on creating that place.
The first step was founding of The Order of The Asylum, an ironic name for gathering point of its members, who consider World to be a fake place, laughable community, not suitable for open-minded folk.
An island was chosen where Order created its refuge camp, which will, if the Sun King wishes, grow into large community of knights. Those knights will, instead of swords and axes, hold keys and castles, symbols of their open minds.
They'll wage their struggle against ruling caste, not by weapons and threats, but with high intellectual quality of living, which will denounce nations as they exist and advocate global community, ready to exchange experiences, unlike existing one focused on everlasting war dictated by headmen of super-alliances.
This project will continue after the work is finished in South Korea, a marvelous country with outstanding citizens who created a society that resembles the one the Order is advocating.
Media
The Sanctuary was a newspaper run by Wladimir Rascian. Some of the articles include interviews with prominent players of the World, such as Arjay Phoenician and Vit Ruzicka, and one of them is a result of long time research of PTO, which had been unofficially called by several PTO leaders of that time as "the most precise description of TO mechanics". The papers were also in the service of South Korean government.
Organisation
Wladimir Rascian was owner of organisation Tavern - The Sanctuary, which operated in green wilderness of Ireland, a place where Wladimir wanted his body to be buried after his death.
