Hydra is a military alliance founded by 
Macedonia, 
Lithuania, 
France and 
Latvia .
History
On 25th of March, after the departure of Lithuania from Asteria and Latvia from Pacifica, mentioned countries have merged with Macedonia and France to find an alliance that would be working on basis of mutual respect and coordination.
