He was the Argentinean Minister of Foreign Affairs for four terms (August, September, November, and December 2008). During his time as Minister of Foreign Affairs, Argentina joined ATLANTIS and his diplomatic corps grew a lot, reaching the number of 20 ambassadors throughout the world.
Spanish Stage
Kurtkbain (aka Kurt or Kurtk, February 21, 2008 - 2010) was born in Valladolid, Spain and started to work for M.I.S Mansiones Embrujadas, one of the biggest companies in the New World in the houses sector.
He joined Izquierda Democratica Española party and helped the economic secretary of the party from February to June. During Taguaro's mandate in April, he was Under Minister of Economy, helping Kano and Soniuska in their job as Ministers.
Finishing his stage in Spain, he was Secretary of Culture in Castilla y Leon during May and June. Kurt started the second literally contest with a prize of 
5 GOLD, but unfortunately, it was cancelled due to a lack of contenders.

His first objective for this month was to create a global ambassador's group from Argentina, and he opened ten embassies throughout the New World. The ambassadors did a good job, and Argentina had good relations with countries such as Venezuela or Brazil.
ATLANTIS charter was finished and approved by Argentinean Congress, so Argentina officially joined ATLANTIS with co-creator honors. Kurt decided that he should try to be PSDA Party President and, with the help of Ale992, he won the Party Elections and became Party President and MoFA at the same time. Kurt and Ale changed the organization of the party and created new secretaries.
