On 5 May 2009, president of Poland, Loewy asked the Congress to declare war on Germany. The first battle in the war, the battle for Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania took place just to activate Germany alliances. The biggest victory of Poland so far were attacks on Brandenburg and Berlin and Saxony, both successful.

This battle took place probably to activate German alliances and to sign peace treaty with Spain.

During the whole battle, the wall was somewhere between No man's land and Suburbia. In last minutes, brave Polish attacks succeed and the wall fell down to somewhere 40000 below the Conquer line.

This battle has ended before it properly started. Polish attacks at the start of the battle made the wall fall to the same level as in Brandenburg and Berlin and German MoD decided not to defend this region.
