Omega Enterprises was established on 22nd December 2008 by CV James and Primeminister Keogh and was the sole owner of Oil company, Omega Oil, later renamed Anglo-Omega Oil.
In May 2009, the corporation relocated to Java, Indonesia, where it expanded and set up Moving Tickets company, Omega Air.
Following contractual disputes, Omega Enterprises was wholly acquired by CV James in mid-2009.
In October 2009, the corporation purchased a stone company in Indonesia, which was renamed Indo-Omega Stone.
In January 2011, CV James, having just returned to the game too the decision to dissolve Omega Enterprises and sell the companies it still owned.
Omega Oil
Omega Oil was a Q1 Oil company located in West Midlands, United Kingdom. Originally established as Omega Oil, it was renamed following the takeover of Omega Enterprises by CV James in order to bring it in line with the corporation's other company, Indo-Omega Wood (later Indo-Omega Stone).The company has licences for UK, Singapore, and Germany. In May 2009, it was put up for sale, following a disastrous few months and a collapse in the price of oil, but was later taken off the market due to lack of interest.
Anglo-Omega Oil was sold for 35 Gold to Alfagrem.
Omega Air
Omega Air was a Moving Tickets company started in May 2009 and located in Java, Indonesia. It was sold in mid-2010 due to series of loss-making quarters.
