On 21 August 2011 he was bored and wanted to start playing a browser game, so he searched on google for top browser games and found eRepublik and decided to give it another chance. He was about to quit again but found an article of [[Ministerul Apararii]] in wich they listed all the Romanian Military Units and decided to join one so he can find help and answers. He wanted to join [[Dracones|Dracones]] so he went to their chat room but they didn't accepted him because he was too young, instead they directed him to [[Garda Nationala]] unit, which was the official eRomanian Military Academy for players below 500 [[Strength]] (Now 1000 [[Strength]]). He was recruited by [[soaresol]] (who became his eFather) who answered all his questions and explained the game to him. He liked the comrades from [[Garda Nationala]] and the commanders so much that the next day he was very eager to come back and chat with them; and to fight to liberate his country [[Romania]], which was occupied by [[Hungary]] and [[Serbia]] back then.

 

After he graduated [[Garda Nationala]] he received a lot of requests and recommendations from people to join their Military Unit, mainly from [[Dracones|Dracones]], [[Legiunea Umbrelor]], [[Vanatorii de Munte]] etc... but he chose [[Dracones|Dracones]] as he had many friends there and they were the ones who saved him from eDeath. He never regretted that decision, as the atmosphere, the comrades and everything are fitting him better than any other unit he encountered since then.

He is a member and the Press Officer of one of the most respected Romanian Military Units, [[Dracones|Dracones]], where he was also a Captain in the past.

After he graduated [[Garda Nationala]] on 23 Sep 2011 (eDay 1403) he was accepted to join [[Dracones]], an elite [[military unit]] in {{CountryLinkNormal|Romania}}. Nowdays he still is a member of that unit and he also is it's Press Officer. In the past he also was Captain for a month but had to resign due to RL issues and inactivity.

Mlendea Horatiu became a [[Vice Minister of Defence]] of [[Romania]] at quite an early age of only 3 months. He was very active in the game back then and wanted to be involved in more and more activities. Little did he know that this will be his downfall as he will soon become overworked and retire into 2-Click mode for quite long.

The next month, [[Xul0]] was elected as the new president and [[MermaidPrincess]] was chosen as the new Minister of Defence. Horatiu accepted to stay in the team for at least one more month as he was very excited after the great term of musashi. However, he was still young and unexperienced, and without warning he faced a very complicated situation. He found himself the only online member of the ministry, and Romania's active battle began to have difficulties. He didn't exactly knew what to do so he tried everything he could. He also tried to ask the elder members of [[Statul Major Roman]] but found only one online and even that one gone after a few minutes, and haven't got much information out of him. Later, MermaidPrincess came online and he tried to ask her. She was very angry and while she answered Horatiu's questions he felt like she was dissapointed and will dismiss him. He than told her that he is know and still learning and that he is apologising if he did anything wrong. For a while Horatiu was very dissapointed once again on how the elders treat the young ones, the country's future, but then MermaidPrincess said she is sorry if she sounded rude but it was a very bad situation and she needed experienced players to solve it, which Horatiu was not. Then he had another argument with Mermaid but it was his fault as he was offline for about one whole week (Because Skyrim was released), however he was excused and continued until the end of the month. That year, Horatiu didn't had any plans for 31st and stayed home. He kept his PC on and took the responsability of supplying the army with weapons the whole night, as he was the only "freak" online. However it was good, as he also played poker all night while doing this... and won. The term finished and the new president was [[Vircati]] who kept Mermaid as the Minister of Defence, and she in return kept the same old team, plus some minor changes. This month nothing very interesting happened. At the end Horatiu was pleased with his gained experience and promised Mermaid that in the summer when he will have more time, will help her more if she will be Minister again (but was not). After that, he entered a long 2-Click period as he was exhausted by this game.

His political career resambles  13 [[Minister of Education]] terms, 4 [[Minister of Culture]] terms, 1 [[Party President]] term, 5 [[Vice Party President]] terms, 1 [[Parliamentary Group Leader]] term and 10 [[Congressman]] terms, all for [[The Matza Party]].

He heared of [[The Matza Party]] for the first time in one of [[mib_boby]]'s articles, where mib was happy for being a one year old member and becoming a [[Party President]] of that party. Not knowing really what it is about and how stuff like this works, he still liked how mib wrote the article, like a story with cats.

While being a recruit of [[Garda Nationala]] he heared a little bit more about [[The Matza Party]], [[mib_boby]] and [[stefanutz11]] insisting that he join that party. He did not want to join any party while he was still a recruit but he joined Matza's IRC channel so he can check if that party is really as fun as they say and that he can get to know it's members. Soonly after that, he found out it was true and was pleased by that visit. Even more, Matza was the only party that did not spam him just before the elections, and the only party that really worked hard to convince him to join it, unlike the other parties wich only spammed

On eDay 1403 right after he graduated [[Garda Nationala]] and joined an elite [[Romania|romanian]] military unit, [[Dracones]], he also joined [[The Matza Party]] and was excited to finally take part of the political eLife, as it was something completely new for him.  

In October 2011 he decided to run for Congress elections. However, being only a month old in his party he was not a prioritary candidate and was placed in [[Transilvania]] region, one of Romania's most populated ones back then, and one of the hardest to win the elections in. In the morning of 25 he realised that he is doing terribly while the dinos do just fine, so he decided to do something about it. For the whole day, and late in the night (4 AM or so) he sent messages to the whole country, without pause, manually without scripts. He set his alarm 3 hours before Day Change and he was surprised to see how well he is doing, he was the first "unqualified candidate". He send messages again, but this time to online players only, his party helped too. A minute before DC there was just one single vote needed to qualify as a [[wildcard]] and everyone was looking for someone in the party who saved his vote. A few seconds before DC, when he thought that all is lost and became terribly sad, [[ionutzd]] voted for him and qualifed him as a Congressman. Mlendea could not belived he won and that day remained one of the happiest and most glorious days of his eLife, one that he will never forget.

In December 2013, in the days before Christmas, Mlendea Horatiu trolled [[mib_boby]] alot, in any way he could, reaching the pinnacle on December 24, when after the Q7 Weapon prices rose dramatically in a very short time, he posted fake shouts about mib_boby selling cheap weapons in a very big quantity. Soon after that many other people joined the fun and they reposted that message again and again. When mib came back home after a few hours, he was spammed with messages from strangers who wanted to buy cheap weapons.

In revenge, mib wanted to scare Mlendea by temorarily removing him from the proposed Congress candidates of [[The Matza Party]]. Mlendea didn't even noticed that as he never checks that list, but mib was very sleepy next morning and forgot to wake up before day change to put Mlendea back on the list, as he was an important candidate. When Mlendea saw that, he sent a lot of messages to mibu swearing him and telling him that he will leave the party and join their enemies' party, and that he wanted {{Gold|10}} in return of the damages caused. Mlendea was just joking and trolling again, what he said was not true, but wanted to show mib what could really happened if he won't be carefull in the future and do that to someone else who might not be as forgiving as him. Mib sent the 10 Gold and said he was very very sorry for both him and [[MasterIro]] (wich he also forgot to put on the list) and that he will resign from the [[Party President]] seat. Mlendea then told him that what he said was not true and finally convinced him not to resign as that would have caused even more damage. Also, Mlendea kept the gold for himself :)

Most of his duties were to create and maintain tutorials for newbies, articles with useful information, and to organise ocasional contests and giveaways for divisions 1 and 2 of Romania.

He bacame a Helper at [[Ministerul Educatiei]] back in September 2011 when [[belzebut cel crunt]] was Minister. Belzebut noticed Horatiu's activity and invlolvment since his eBirth, and considered him a worthy succesor. Firstly, Horatiu helped him update an {{eLink|article|1875415|FaQ article}}.

Before January 2012, belzebut gave the Ministry to Horatiu, but when the new government came they noticed belzebut's withdrawal and decided to place a new Minister of their own, because they considered Horatiu to be too young and unexperienced. However, Horatiu was not going to give up without a fight so the day after the elections finished, he published a {{eLink|article|1940128|really good tutorial}} and put his name in it. The article recieved a very good feedback from the community, so the official Minister, [[WayMilky]] finally agreed to accept him, even thou she warned him that he will have to work hard and without any mistake. For the rest of the month he did his best and there was no conflict. Actually they did a very good teamwork. When the month was over, Horatiu remained Minister for another month as he did a very good job, however WayMilky decided to stop because of RL issues, and [[curcubitator]] replaced her.

{{eLink|citizen|2972052|Mlendea Horaţiu}} is the Press Officer of [[Dracones]] so he is responsible for publishing and maintaining articles in the unit's newspaper {{eLink|newspaper|183544|Dracones News}}. He mostly publishes recruiting articles, presentations and daily battle statistics.

He also took the responsability of informing everyone in the unit about important changes in structure / organization or when articles are published.

After graduating [[Garda Nationala]] he imediately joined [[Dracones]], being employed in a unit's companies again. There, he worked in various locations for different officers. Also, the rations were obviously not always the same, the minimum being 5 Weapons, and the maximum 10 Weapons. The quality of the weapons was always the maximum one available.

Currently he is working in [[Dracones]]' companies, being an employee of [[BogdanDracon]], for a salary of {{Money|1.01}}, and a ration of 7 Q7 Weapons daily.

In the past, Mlendea Horatiu owned about 30+ Saltpeter Mines that he bought in late 2011/early 2012, and sold them in early 2013 for a profit of about {{Gold|400}} plus a lot of money made by selling weapon raw materials.

Mlendea Horatiu trained with Gold almost since the beginning, even when Q1 was the maximum level. As new levels were introduced, he upgraded his Training Grounds rather quickly.
