Two companies were started pretty soon. Happy Treat, a food company situated in Trondelag, Norway, and a second one, Happy Wheat. Happy Wheat was first founded in Trondelag, a region without grain, by a mistake. It was sold, and a new Happy Wheat was started in Pays de la Loire, France.

On January 4, 2010, The BEKAG Group invested in another two companies, Happy Oil and Happy Travels, an Oil company and a Moving ticket company. Business was then started up again, after a long period on hiatus.
