Allan Dobrowolski III (born October 12, 2022), known as Al Dobro, is the second recincarnation of Allan Dobrowolski^† (August 11, 2009 – May 11, 2010), after Nitrous Oxide^† (May 11, 2010 – June 27, 2010). He is a Canadian congressman, a Dioist, and the author of Distant Early Warning. He is currently a party member of the Canadian Progressive Front (CPF), and an executive officer (XO) of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF).

Originally born in Volga, Russia; Dobro has also held citizenship in the United States of America, Malaysia, Thailand, and Canada. Over his lives, he has published the Pyromancer Chronicles and A Passage to Bangkok; was the general manager of The Pokemon Company and TF lndustries; and has served in the Mobile Infantry of Thailand (MIT), the United States Mobile Infantry (USMI), The Malaysian Army (TDM), and SEAL Team 6 (ST6). He has been a member in three different congresses; once in the United States, once in Thailand, and once in Canada.

He was originally martyred in Punjab, Pakistan. He was reincarnated in California, but eventually passed away again in Thai-controlled Karnataka. He was reincarnated a second time in the Northwest Territories.

Life

2022: Chapter III

Al Dobro was reborn on October 12, 2022, in Yellowknife, the capital of Canada. That same day, he departed for the warmer lands of Ontario. He soon thereafter acquired his first house and factories, and established a holding company to run baseline production of his factories himself. During his first week in the New World, he participatied in training exercises, earned his first Battle Hero awards, and joined the Canadian Airborne Regiment (CAR). His newspaper—Distant Early Warning—published its first article on October 17, 2022.

Dobro in RCAF uniform

On October 19, 2022, Dobro resigned from the CAR and started service with the RCAF. He was promoted to XO of 2 Canadian Air Division (2 Cdn Air Div) by the RCAF's commanding officer (CO) Kung Axel. Lacking in structure, Dobro created an RCAF uniform for use in-service. He founded his second holding company in the Yukon on October 23, 2022. He earned his first Sky Hero award on October 24, 2022. After briefly being an associate member of the Imperial Party of Canada (IPC), he joined the CPF. Dobro was elected to congress that month, at the recommendation of Canadian president Kippers.

On November 3, 2022, Dobro received his first payment from the "Hot Air" program, run by Canadian Civil Defense. The program, founded in 2020, was designed to encourage Canadians to rank up their pilot skills.
