SinFiliS is a military alliance consisting of 2 countries.
It was founded by 
Singapore and 
Philippines to defend East Lands form outer forces. In time of big alliances like Asteria & Sirius, SinFilis represent third option, for small countries, grouping them in one spot, giving them chance to show force.
