SinFiliS is a military alliance consisting of 2 countries.
It was founded by 
Singapore and 
Philippines to defend East Lands form outer forces. In time of big alliances like Asteria & Sirius, SinFilis represent third option, for small countries, grouping them in one spot, giving them chance to show force. Alliance is announced on Feb 19 in official SinFilis HQ article http://www.erepublik.com/en/article/2375865/1/20 .

On February 17th 2014 (Day 2281 of the New World) SinFilis was founded by Singapore and Philippines.
