Biography
2009–2010
Allan C. Dobrowolski I
Allan Dobrowolski was born in Volga, Russia, on August 11, 2009. Shortly after reaching level 5, he moved to Far Eastern Russia to make use of the hospital in the region. Dobro's lack of knowledge of the Russian language plus influence from friends drove him out of the country to Great Andes, Peru with the ultimate goal of reaching the United States. On August 31,[#]—a day before the Second Battle of California—he received a moving ticket from Emerick, the President of the US at the time. He moved to Florida and took part in the battle the next day; this was his first significant battle. He continued to fight hard for the US throughout the campaign to rid PEACE forces from North America. Despite not being able to afford weapons and being low rank, he fought to the best of his ability to gain experience.
Malaysia's Mudkip Movement
At the request of Balkan Beast, Dobro moved to Peninsular Malaysia, Malaysia, on September 19[#] and was immediately granted citizenship. He became a founding member of a political movement known as "The Mudkip Movement". He had his first taste of being a congressman with the Federal Unity Party (FUP), despite only lasting for five days. He joined the FUP immediately after moving to the country, and began organizing a run for congress. On September 25,[#] he was elected as a congressman in Sabah with three votes.[2] However, on September 30,[#] his status was stripped and given to DonDefensor, who also had three votes. Due to a bug with the election system, DonDefensor should have originally won the tiebreaker because he had more experience.
Shortly before being stripped of his congressional seat, Dobro joined a party by the name of The Well Hung Parliament with fellow congressman Balkan Beast. They struck a deal with Docca, the party president at the time, to take control of the party for "The Mudkip Movement". After being removed from congress, he was appointed as a Malaysian senator, which is defined as a group of citizens who give advice to the government and are allowed to take part in any debate or discussion on the national forum. Next month, on October 24,[#] he stated his intention to run for congress in Sabah once again, this time with the newly formed MWP,[3] an election he lost in a very close battle.[4]Balkan Beast, leader of "The Mudkip Movement", eventually formed the Mudkip Mobile Forces (MMF) as a branch of TDM, and Dobro was made XO of the MMF. His first and only deployment with the MMF was in Slovakia on November 5,[#] to help the defenders repel the Hungarian attack on Central Slovakia. He won his first and only Battle Hero award in a battle for Mindanao[5] (part of the Southeast Asian War Games). He obtained it with a mere 6.4 strength, while doing just 636 points of damage.
On November 8,[#] he was appointed as the Malaysian ambassador to the United States and Canada, by minister of foreign affairs Nowe. On November 12,[#] Balkan Beast resigned from "The Mudkip Movement", leaving Dobro in charge. He won the MWP party president elections in November.[6] On November 24,[#] he made a decision to run for a third straight attempt for congress in Sabah. He was beaten out in the last minute,[7] and shortly after the frustrating defeat, he decided to resign from Malaysian politics and return to the US, giving control of the MWP to Dekona Rodriguez. The MMF was disbanded when Dobro left Malaysia on November 25.[#]
Return to America & USMI Service
Dobro returned to the USA, moving to California in order to pursue a more active military career. He joined the United States Workers Party (USWP) and briefly considered running for congress in Colorado. On November 30,[#] Dobro was accepted into the USMI, where he was assigned to the Charlie Company's 6th Platoon. On December 14,[#] he took a leave of absence to pursue an offer of a government position of minister of defense in South Africa. He returned to duty on December 28,[#] after things did not succeed poltically. His deployments with the USMI included liberating Russian-held regions of North Korea, fighting on behalf of Spain in the war against France, fighting against the Indonesian invasion of South Africa and liberating Northern Cape, and voting in the January 2010 Belgian congress elections to prevent a Phoenix coup. He was honorably discharged upon request from the USMI on January 30, 2010.[#]

Allan C. Dobrowolski III (A. C. Dobro)
Allan Dobrowolski III was born on October 12, in Yellowknife, NW—the capital of Canada. That same day, he departed for the warmer lands of Ontario. He soon thereafter acquired his first house and factories, and established a holding company—Dobro Enterprises Limited—to run baseline production of his factories himself. During his first week in the New World, he participatied in training exercises, earned his first Battle Hero awards, and joined the Canadian Airborne Regiment (CAR). His newspaper—Distant Early Warning—published its first article on October 17,[#][1] in Canada.
On October 19,[#] Dobro resigned from the CAR and started service with the RCAF. He was promoted to XO of 2 Canadian Air Division (2 Cdn Air Div) by the RCAF's commanding officer (CO) Kung Axel. Lacking in structure, Dobro created an RCAF uniform for use in-service. He founded his second holding company in the Yukon and reclocated his food industry on October 23.[#] He earned his first Sky Hero award on October 24.[#] After briefly being an associate member of the Imperial Party of Canada (IPC), he joined the CPF. Dobro was elected to congress that month,[10] at the recommendation of Canadian president Kippers.
On November 3,[#] Dobro received his first payment from the "Hot Air" program,[11] run by Canadian Civil Defense. The program, founded in 2020, was designed to encourage Canadians to rank up their pilot skills. He was re-elected to congress in November.[12] He earned his first Campaign Hero award on December 8.[#] On December 12,[#] he resigned from the RCAF to join the USSF. He moved to Denver, Colorado on December 21.[#] He was not elected to congress for December and resigned from the CPF to pursure other opportunities.
