Politics
France is a democratic republic ruled by the President.
The President can create new ministers.
The Laws are voted on by the Congress.
The "Assemblée Constituante", which was composed of congressmen and former mayors (following the last local elections of September 20th 2008), has written a proposal for a first French Constitution. It presented its work to the President on April 4th, 2009.
It was ratified by the people of France through a referendum on April 7th, 2009.
It was officially published on April 8th, 2009.
The Constitution sets the legal frame that each French laws and institution will have to satisfy. But Constitution was repealed in April 2013 by the President

France was involved in the France-United Kingdom War, on the 19th December 2011 at 9.02 in the evening France declared Great Britain as its natural enemy in response to Canada's actions against the UK 5 minutes before. On the 20th December 2011 the south-east region of England had been captured by French forces.
