The presence of each raw material in the country of the producing company, will benefit the production of weapon raw materials (and weapons) by a certain percent, depending on the rarity of the resource. Rubber provides 30% bonus, saltpeter 25%, oil 20%, aluminum 15% and iron 10%.

Weapon raw materials are created on farms, which can be viewed on this picture. Citizen will produce as many raw materials that his farm quality can give + his country bonus
