An export license is a license that every citizen needs to sell his/her products to a country's market (even to its national market). Citizens cannot sell products in a country if they do not have an export license for that country.
Each new citizen will get a free license to their home country.
Buying export licenses
To buy an export license, the citizen owner should open his storage. In the "Sell" section, there is a "Buy License" button (or "Get free license" if you have free licenses left from migration). A new license will cost 
20 GOLD.
To buy a license you need to select a country from the box. All countries will appear, except for those countries for which the citizen has licenses already.
You will be notified if the country you want to buy a license for
- is conquered;
- has an embargo with your citizenship country;
- is at direct war with your country.
Free licenses
If you had companies with extra licenses before day 1,210, you will have X number of free licenses (where X = num. of liceses - num. of companies at day 1,210). You can use them any way you want.
Also, if you had licenses with companies in organizations before they were disbanded, all market licenses were transferred on deletion of your organization.
